I have run into a spell-check problem. I have, relatively recently, done a complete reinstall of Ubuntu 16.04 and I seem to have lost the ability to spell-check in French and Russian with my "new" LyX 2.3.0 installation. My normal working dictionary is "English-Canadian". I have tried using both
