Workflow for creating an index in LyX

Hello, I have a book in LyX that I have almost finished. Now I want to add an index of persons. I'd imagine a workflow like this: - Next to the name Arthur Smith I create an index entry box 'Smith, Arthur'. - I copy the name and the box. - Using advanced find and replace I paste the text and box
