No converter from lyxpreview format has been defined

Hello all. I've been trying to get xypic working. I don't get any message from LyX, but on the terminal, I see No converter from lyxpreview format has been defined I googled around some, and found several mentions of the problem in LyX 1.3.6, but very little recent. In Converters, I have
