I'd like the complete package of the MikTex 2.5 to be installed. Is there

Good question, that's because the Latex format output by LyX is quite
complicated and not human-readable... while a lot of people like to
hand-edit the Latex document.

MiKTeX 2.5 isn't jet released as complete version. You don't really need
a complete version.
