I just found out that my problem with the roatation is also gone when I
define a ps to pdf converter in LyX as:
From: Postcript
To: PDF(pdflatex
ps2pdf -dAutoRotatePages=/None $$i $$o
I guess it might cause problems when this option is not OK and
autorotation is needed, but for me whith
