I've never had Window$ on my PC (lucky me, never had to argue

possibility to make decicions how things should look, that increases
the productivity. People tend to use too much time on, the look of the
document -- even, when somebody else is responsible for that. This is

A thought: prepare a typical document both ways and then show management
the differences. Point out the difference between letter kerning and
blank space kerning. Worth a shot. Probably won't work.

I am using latest LyX package, but a bug that is teasing me is still
there.
Simply when I insert a picture in a Letter - derived document, at the
very start of it, it gets printed on a separate page , actually on the
first
Apparently, this is a bug people who upgrade to RedHat 7.0 will see: xdvi
will not have its buttons anymore. Thomas Esser of teTeX thinks it is some
problem with the new shared libs in XFree86-4.*. They are working on it.
Apparently, the latest pure xdvi does not have the problem, xdvik does
