Hi All,
I forgot to mention that I'm using Lyx 1.5.6.
I'm new to Lyx. I'm using the elsevier document class - elsart.cls.
It comes with Lyx so I didn't have to download any files. I checked and
the elsart files all seem to be there, as is the natbib package and
plainnat.bst. For the last two
