I'm having trouble getting bibtex to work properly with LyX using cygwin and MikTeX. I installed MikTeX in c:\texmf. I'm using apacite. Latex and bibtex are in the path and show up when I do which latex and which bibtex within cygwin. But I get (?) in all of my citations, although they do get
