Please try if the following helps:
* Go to Tools > Preferences > Language Settings > Language
* See if "Auto Begin" is checked.
* If so, uncheck it, and hit OK

The problem is that you defined \FigBesBegin and \FigBesEnd with capital
"F" but invoked them with lowercase "f" (as in \figBesBegin). If you
correct that, the document compiles.
