I've used ps2pdf file.ps there is no problem wheter with formula (chemical
or math) and to get file.ps I've just done from Lyx --menu File --
export as Postcript

and I found it pretty nice in general for what I need, saving a lot of
hassle of creating all the required pages from scratch.

rewrite LyX's \lyxchangeadded and \lyxchangedeleted to wrap the changes
package.
(In LyX 1.6.0, one could even write a module for that).
