problems with nomencl under suse 9.1

I have problems to use the latex package nomencl unter lyx 1.3.4 and suse 9.1 pro. i
have read the tips from Herbert Voss and Thomas Hemlich in this list, i have generate
a lyx and a makeindex file in my home directory. i have insert the
usepackage{nomencl}, \makeglossary, \printglossary and the \nomenclatrue... in my
document but i became not a symbolverzeichnis in my document. i have seen the file.gls
wars not generated during the latex run.

document is with roman cite numbers and the body with arabic numbers and
i have a bibtex-bibliography insert, when i run pdftex it works fine.

Hello I use lyx 1.3.3 for Win and Miktex 2.4. My Question: I have insert in the document preamble the pdftex option pagebackref, but latex runs only three times and i become not the links in the bibliography. Gives a option under lyx to run latex four times? Thanks jojo

Take a look at the help->customisation in chapter 4 although I don't know if this works properly with the windows port. I notice that some file paths are in Windows style: \viewer "pdf" "C:\Programme\Adobe\AcroReader\Reader\AcroRd32" and some are in Unix style: \bind_file C:/Programme/lyx13/share/lyx/bind/de_menus.bind It may be that you have discovered a bug! What happens if you edit your preferences file and change these forward '/' to backward '\'. -- Angus --- End Message ---

Hello Lyx'er i have download and install the lyx-port for win 1.3.2 from Ruurd Rareitsma. now i have problems to change the language from englisch to german, i have edit the preferences file and reconfigure it, but the language wars always englisch. Hello I have problems to change the Lyx-menu on german. I work with Knoppix 3.2 and Lyx 1.3.2. The code in the lyxrc-file is correct (/default_language germna), i have change the language into lyx and i have reconfigured it. What can i do? Thanks Jojo

I would converting a lyx file with *.eps files to PDF with tex2pdf, i have install this paket, but isn't worked. tex2pdf wrote the pfad input in the configure is not correct. How input the correct-notation for the Pfad under win9x and cygwin. Thanks Har
