I have just installed lyx with miktex on a windows vista laptop Installation apparently completed, yet, as i try to view the pdf (through ps2pdf) i am asked to install the fancyhdr style. Shouldn't that be in the miktex standard package? Anyway, the style is downloaded and installed (from the
