how to integrate the dinat- and natdin-style into the
styles-scroll-down-field?

Klaus F. Lorenzen, has a new version of natdin.bst.

might be I'm blind - now for 5 times I scanned that scroll-down-field -
no natdin.bst :-(

format (yes, perhaps a bit unholy) non-interactively.
It doesn't have to be especially beautiful, just work; and I don't mind
intermediate steps

No citations: I would check the temp directory (while the document was
open in LyX, after having generated a DVI or PDF or whatever), and
check whether the .aux and .bbl files exist there. If yes, maybe it's
a permissions problem(?). If no, either there's a problem with the
.bib file or
