Hi
I would like to use \emph{} in a section heading in beamer, but it
gives me an Undefined conmtrol sequence error. Any ideaas how to
manage that I can use italics in a sewction header in beamer?
Thanks
Rainer
I have tried the .bst you suggested and it does work but deviates from APA
style in a number of places. I wonder if there is someone on the list who
could help me modify the .bst?

for adding a caption to a longtable that runs over several pages. The
problem is that an entry shows up in the List of Tables for each page
of the table.
Solutions I tried:

Ah hah! Don't I feel sheepish, I was just turning off the wrong
header status and did not realize they were row-dependent. Turning
the header status to off for the row with the caption information left
just one entry in the List of Tables.
Ariel.

I am working on a page for the moderncv example in LyX and need to upload
files. The instructions on the Wiki say to ask for it here.

editor format.key output
add.blank
}
{ format.authors output.nonnull
crossref missing$
{ author and editor editor either.or.check }
