Hello Lyx-Community,
I have a problem with the Lineno-Package (for Line numbering) in
combination with the RevTex4(article) documentclass.
RevTex4 states that it is incompatible with the lineno-package.

Hi,
I try to modify amsbook.layout but whatever I do the layout always ends up
listed unavailable in the document class list. Even if I just copy the file
amsbook.layout and just rename the filename and let Lyx reconfigure.
what am I missing here?

Hello,
How can I achieve fully colored table cells using booktabs (i.e.
"formal" table option) and colortbl?

Hello,
I'm using some simple but tricky ERT code in different environments, just to
format some text.
In order to enter into the brackets of my commands some complex text (with

Students are having fun learning lyx and LaTeX, but some are bothered
that when they use double-spaced text, the display-math equations have
"too much space" around them. They want a single line equation to be
lined up on the ordinary double-spacing, with no extra vertical space.
