Hello everyone,
Something that is puzzling me lately: sometimes the mouse middle button pastes
the 1ary selection buffer while Shift+Ins does not. What could be going on
here?
Best,
Manolo

We are pleased to announce the release of LyX 2.0.2. This is the second
maintenance release in the 2.0.x series.
LyX 2.0.2 is the result of on-going efforts to make our stable versi
On windows7, LyX 2.0.2's scrolling is somehow broken to me. LyX.exe
takes 50% CPU (my machine is dual-core, so 50% CPU is max for many
programs), triggers CPU fan to max, and is very laggy (non smooth).
2.0.1, with both installers (official and Uwe's) has no such issue and
scrolls smoothly.
Hi there!
I'm trying to use the AES latex class from the AES website.

The package comes with a couple of *.cls files.
I've tried putting them in the layouts folder and reconfiguring Lyx.

Ah, fantastic - Lyx 2.0.2 seems to have fixed the problem I was having with
epstopdf. Many thanks!

Bother, sorry, please ignore my last message.
It turns out that Lyx 2.0.2 does *not* fix the epstopdf problem, sorry.
When I wrote my previous email, I had forgotten to delete the

I've found a (horrible) hack which I'll describe here because it helps to
explain the problem.
The basic problem is that epstopdf has no way to know which directory the
eps file lives in because Lyx runs epstopdf in a temp directory. My
horrible hack is to edit line 304 of epstopdf.pl and change

Hi, how can I enter a shortcut information type? Where is this covered in

Liviu,
That's very interesting! Unless I misunderstood your directions, you
answered a different, but more interesting question than what I originally
was after with my question. Thank you for that.
What I was originally (and still) interested in is: suppose I delete the
"shortcut Alt+A I" part o

Yes, I realized after hitting send. Try searching 'info' in
Liviu, that's exactly it. Thanks for bearing with me. I did a search
in stdmenus.inc for info-insert. Am I correct that it is not available in
the menu?

Hi Alex,
I found that my LyX comments don't get through to the finished HTML
file, and eLyXer's Options class appears to have no option for passing
through LyX comments.
How difficult would it be to add code so there's an option to convert
LyX comments to ? Comments would be an excellent

Hello Lyx-User,
I am writing on a research report with Lyx. Everything works perfectly
fine. My documentclass is KOMA-Script.
In this report I have several tables. I would be fine to display each
table, irrespective of the size on one single page. Of course I can
insert page breaks and stuff, but
