How to disable fontenc?

Hi, I am using a class (nrc1) that requires the \usepackage[T1]{fontenc} to be commented out of the latex file. Anyone know how to disable this from within lyx? Thanks, JB

Change tracking for LyX 1.3.2 (QT)

Hi fellow LyXers, I've patched LyX 1.3.2 with John Levon's change tracking code. This is a really nifty feature, so I wanted to get it working on the stable 1.3.2 release, which I used for writing my thesis. The patch is based on 1.3cvs which doesn't have support for the QT. I didn't test the
