Dear Stefano and all, Coming back to setting Lyx to work with biblatex, I am not so sure how to make it works in my Lyx. I have tried the steps listed at http://wiki.lyx.org/BibTeX/Biblatex , which includes 1) Put the file biblatex.module in the layouts folder 2) Reconfigure Lyx - then restart 3)

Dear Wolgang, Stefano I have followed your suggestion. I copied and pasted the files into the tmp folders in my windows. still got errors and these are the log files --- it is long. But I could see some potential problems as shown by the log file - BOLD by me. I know it will take time, but

Dear all, I recently changed the page layout in the document setting (from default format to Height 4 cm and width 4cm). When I tried to view the pdf these are the errors I have received : -- Missing $ inserted. Misplaced alignment tab character .
