It was my impression that they never actually existed. :-)

I absolutely love the WP2! while it doesn't have the great keyboard that
the T100 has, it's still really special. In fact you can easily expand it
for a low price. I can give you the chip information if you want. I'll just
have to look it up.
It's worth noting that I was able to pick up a

But it's actually a service manual. It has programming information.

All,
Actually, this is something that Rick Hanson (rest in peace Rick) setup
at the onset. As far as I'm concerned, those rights have transferred to
Steve. I accepted a small amount from him while Club100 was involved
with the distribution (and ordering details). I still have several

How can club100 own option rom rights?
I have no problem supporting people doing something good like providing
that resource, but I am curious on what basis they could own or claim
rights to those roms.
I don't see that it matters anyway. Building the rex does not involve
copying or distributing
Well, I *might* be able to get my hands on a Xilinx programmer, but I work
with digital engineers. I'm thinking mayb someone could sell the
boards with at least the CPLD installed and programmed? That might require
additional support components to be installed as well, and maybe a half-kit
Club100 owns the bulk of the option rom rights used in REX.
I would suggest that anyone who DIYs a REX should consider making a
contribution to Club100 to help support the site. That is one of the
primary reasons why I was selling through Club100.
I think it would make sense to have some people
I say it's totally doable. I can write up my experience into a more
monkey-see-monkey-do recipe that should give the next guy a lot more
confidence to give it a go.
The components were something like $60 or so for 3 boards.
The only tools I used were a plain solder pen, fine pitch silver solder,
Not that I know of. But the software reference describes the basics of
assembler programming for it.

So I have a WP2 on the way..."Untested as-is"
So, what is there to know about this thing? What are its common failure modes?
I have CamelFORTH and the old CIS SIG archive, is there any other software for
it?
