I just pulled it up on firefox and it comes up like it is fine with the
display showing the normal menu but with no keyboard.

On my windows 10 asus tablet it's not working.
The screen is blank and the keys have a partial graphic of {shi{{ on each
key. I'm also using MS Edge for the browser at this time.

I get about 0.8-0.9 on my Galaxy S4 - sometimes hits 1Mhz.

I'm using a swype keyboard. I'll hafta try a different keyboard at some

Yeah. It gets up to 5 or 6 MHz in turbo mode on iPhone.

I have some speed optimizations I could still try.

On android though, since emulators are allowed in the store I may make the
core run native rather than in JavaScript to get more speed. It would also
let me integrate the keyboard better.

Wow, that's quite a compliment!

My tablet runs CloudT at about .9 MHz according to the display, so if you don't
have a faster android, ROG is gonna be rather slow beyond level 5 or so... OTOH
the only place ROG even approaches "bare metal" is up at the top where it
PEEK()s the system clock.

Thanks!

In fact getting ROG to run was one of my first milestones, so thanks for that
:-)

I need to go back and make sure ROG is workable on mobile devices. Might be
problematic on the iPhone since the virtual keyboard would be coming and going
a lot.

On android I have a keyboard installed that has a lot more keys (arrow keys,
control and shift keys etc).

Thanks. Hmm. Maybe try "hacker's keyboard" that's what works on my galaxy
note 10.1. Backspace works and it doesn't do the predictive text.

What android device and keyboard?

How about speed? My Samsung can't quit get to native speed. Where my iPhone
and kids iPad does.

I'll try with my tablet's built in keyboard to see if I can repro the
issue.

Cool :-)

Music that goes through the SOUND command should work.

You can try this file:

Add URL
Paste this in place of the full URL

ftp://ftp.whtech.com/club100/mus/star1.ba

You should see STAR1.BA file pop up in list at bottom of screen

Go into BASIC and type CLOAD
Run

If you're on an iPhone or iPad you may have to hit the audio button at top
of screen. Apple makes you "click" something when you want sound.

Btw I just fixed a bug in Add URL so you might have to reload the page a
couple times before add URL works.

Cool.

I just got the virtual keyboard working for Android last night. Android
refuses to offer uncooked virtual keyboard events so I have to fake them by
grabbing the last character types into a special input control.

If you lose keyboard click the little keyboard button at the top of the
screen. Or anywhere on the virtual display.
