Hi Travis,
Up through Snow Leopard you could hold down the Option key with either the Up
or Down arrow and just wait a little to move to the top or bottom of the
messages table in Mail. This applied only to Mail, and was a system feature
that did not depend on VoiceOver. Unfortunately, this

Hello, actualy you can adjust the volume and pan of the track by pressing
control, option, and the letter J. This will open a dialog to adjust pan and
volume, and will let you mute/solo the track as well.

Hi Dónal
Just to throw in my two cents also.
Fleksy is a nice application because it lets you type incredibly fast, and this
even applies to when VoiceOver is off for sighted users. Sighted users don't
have to focus as much on what they're typing if they already know how to
touch-type, and it
I believe Solona is dead. has been for around 1 and a half years now for some

I don't think you can. YOu can how ever assign a voice over label too one of

together on a piano and wait until you hear 3 beeps followed by another sound
then type in the label for the app. This will rename it only in
Hi Paul,
Sarah's correct -- you can't change the name of the app's file, but you can
change the VoiceOver label associated with the icon on the screen. But it will
only apply locally to your device, and will only last until you next sync or
update your device with a newer version of the

go to system prefs, users and groups, then the last item in the table which
should be log in options. If you need to click the check box at the end of the
