question about cookies and temp files

hey guys. I am doing some cleaning up of my mac’s internals and was wondering what a free and accessible app would be to delete all cookies and internet temp files from the system? Ccleaner has became unresponsive and not comparable with osx 10.9. Help would be amazing :) thanks a lot doug
