When I wish to alter voices on the fly, I only have 2 voices, Karen and
Junior. However, I did download several voices both compact and uncompact.
What is my problem? I am fairly sure they have downloaded because while

and although the hardware check says my Mac is compatible, it reports the

month, and provides access to their entire catalog (currently over

Ah yes thanks Sarah, the problem was that I was not associating them with
the particular apps. All sorted now.

You need to make sure they are checked under customise. at least I think that
might be the first place to check.
