I had a look at Libre Office last week and my conclusion is that there is no real comparison really at the moment. Libre Office has only clunky and limited Voiceover support. There is for example no way to read anything more than a paragraph at time. There is also a lot of irksome Voiceover

Well I had a look at this and it is a bit weird but you can do it. After researching on Google I found the following worked. 1. Make sure that TextEdit is wrapped to page rather than wrapped to window. The toggle for this is command shift W. 2. This is the weird bit. Press control Q, then
