Hello Brian, My scanner isHP scanjet G3110 and I am running Mountain Lion. I went on to the HP website and have downloaded I hope the right driver it said it was ICA. I have not installed it yet apparently I need to remove the twain driver first. So I hope I can get it working. Many thanks f

Hello Judy, My first thought would be to make sure your Mac has the latest ICA compliant driver for your scanner model installed. If I remember correctly, FineReader Express used TWAIN scanner drivers while FineReader Pro uses ICA drivers. You can probably get the latest driver by either runnin
