Hi Earl! At that time that is where you need to use the window chooser you should have one saying login window so choose that and away you go it will say your name and a password but do not change anything just hit the login and you will find in the room that the talk button is no longer dimmed!

Ok, I am getting a lot closer with this. I finally got the plugin installed and enabled Java. I had it enabled in Safari, but I didn't realize that I had to go into the Java preferences app and do it there as well. My issue now is, that I can't find the login button. I am trying to get into

Hi there! Well I have nothing added to My Mac! And I can get in OK! A solution could be that you need to find the Mac plugin in your downloads and launch it from there the first time! I set mine up to stay in the doc so now it is there all the time! And I say again I had no sighted help! Colin On
