Hello Hatch, If all you want to do is be able to read in French, you just need to download one of the French voices that are available free with OS x. You have a choice of Virginie, Audrey, Thomas and Sébastien. To get them, you open VoiceOver Utility (VO-F8) and go to the Speech category.

Sounds to me like your Nano is still paired. Try plugging the device you want to hear directly into the Soundlink with a 1/8 inch cord and see if you get sound. On Jan 20, 2013, at 8:58 AM, amy gilbert we.are.born.innoc...@googlemail.com wrote: hi, i'm using a bose sound dock, and yep volume

Hi all. I was reading a twitter discussion yesterday about boot camp and someone said win clone can back up the partition. This is true, but I thought until this morning it was abandon ware as we had discussed it on this list 2 years ago. Has it been that long? lol! Anyways I did some hunting

What if any problems do you have charging the phone? You'd need to use the same connection (30 pin) to do that. If that works and the connection to the Bose doesn't I guess the connection it's making is impaired in some way. I've seen instances where the device might be leaning just slightly

I doubt it would be the phone. One of the pins on your dock must be slightly bent, that's all I can imagine, and for whatever reason your Nano is making a good enough connection to play in spite of that. On Jan 20, 2013, at 5:10 PM, amy gilbert we.are.born.innoc...@googlemail.com wrote: hi
