Just remember 2 things. You have to VO command space twice on the first file you want to select and always use VO up or down when moving between files until you command c to copy them as you can lose file selection. Oh and you don't have to change any curser rowting to do this. Danny Sent

Hi all, THanks for the suggested podcast - have listened to some of that series and they are very good. Good news is after resetting the VO settings it's now reading the selection properly, phew. I've fiddled with the settings to get some back how I wanted them and it's still reading properly.

Hello Stuart, ABBYY FineReader Express is your best option for scanning on the Mac. I use it with a cheap Canon portable scanner, the Canoscan Lide 110 and the results are excellent. If you need to scan multiple pages, it can be a bit tedious as you have to return to the scanner window each
