Hi Fran, First, make sure as HP suggested that you've updated to 9.2.1 or later. You mentioned 9.2 which implies you need an additional update. Second, I would not ever plug a printer into the keyboard port but have it plugged in directly to your Mac. I'm not implying that it won't work. I
