Wow, I've heard plenty of horror stories about Comcast, here's another
one for the PSC to ponder.
However, from what I hear about Insight, they've been pretty reliable.
Most of my family has it and haven't had any problems, with the
exception of the 3-day missing email fiasco.
My problem is

Not qualified? I think that means one primary thing:
You are probably up against the BellSouth/ATT
phone service territorial strangle hold on local area
providers. I had to deal with their nonsense for over
a month before I canceled.
A different issue, but still a brick wall. And
