I went up to MacAuthority this morning and picked up my copy of Snow
Leopard. Came home and started the install. Yes, it seems to take
longer than before, but about 40 minutes later I'm up and running.
There are a few new features such as the way Expose works with the
dock now and the upgraded
FedEx just brought mine to the door. : )

Quite the typo there Marta!
The disk itself installs as an update to 10.5.x. You don't have to
boot from the disk. However, there are reports circulating around that
the disk will also install 10.6 over Leopard. So it appears to be a
FULL fledged OS.
