These folks are GREAT. Apple store told me they could not put a battery in my iPad but Tech Restore did for 100 bucks… and in my wife’s iPhone SE (don’t ask, please) for $60 after Apple said they couldn’t. However even tho they took heroic measures to save her iPad mini 3 gen, they were

I found it at Settings > Cellular > SIM PIN, thanks to https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201529 The support page has some pretty stern warnings about finding out what your PIN is, even if you've never used it, because if it is already set, trying to set one will make your SIM card useless,
