I found Notability about a year ago and use it often. I think it cost 2.99, but it does alot. You can write with a stylus, or the keyboard (or both within a document). It also lets you record audio within a note. You could record the lecture, but take notes also. One of my favorite uses is doctor
I've been using Evernote for quite a while now. It's free and 'in the cloud'.
It allows you to clip webpages, stores office docs and set reminders. I think
there is a pen you can purchase to transcribe handwritten notes and record
audio.
