time in YEARS! Thank you sooo much!

I have recycled the plastic springs from spiral notebooks-- cut them
into 1 segments wrap them around the wires at intervals. Sometimes,
they slide down, but are easy to slide back. I really dislike the view
of the snake pit, and this has been helpful.

I recently had to reinstall my OS, but couldn't get the CD open to load
the OS. I was taught to do it from the open firmware panel. It's
tricky to reach for my small hands, but I eventually did it. Disconnect
any external HD.

Dear Rob,
My daughter lives in the Highlands and has naked DSL (ie, no
phone, no cable TV.) Her phones are VOIP and a cell phone. I don't
know exactly what VOIP is, but I'm sure someone here does.

My browser is able to connect for a minute or two at a time
occasionally, but you have to be hovering there to catch the golden
moment. I am also occasionally having to mail later because the
computer thinks we're not connected. I figure our connections are okay
since it works sometimes.
This was wonderful! Thank you.

My photos have all evaporated from iPhoto and I know it was covered

Dear Ones,
I'm running Jaguar and Thurnderbird. Every time I change folders or
e-mails I have to wait 5-10 seconds for the beach ball. Could I have a
sneaked-in program gumming things up? How could I tell? My biggest
single program that's on a lot is Quicken.
