Hello All --
I'm a long-time subscriber but minimal poster. I need to run some accounting
software on my Mac. I want to keep books on some side jobs I've been doing, so
it doesn't have to be anything as advanced as QuickBooks, but I would like to
run something compatible so I can upgrade

This may not sound like an answer your question, but you can't beat a
spreadsheet
I cannot speak to Quickbooks, as I've never used it. We have used MYOB
to keep the books, do invoices, payments, payroll, etc. at Louisville
Magazine for the past 10 years and I have been quite impressed by it.
We don't use it for inventory management, but it does have that feature
as well.
Which of these programs is the better of the two?
To be able to handle inventory, taxes, sales etc.
Or is there another product that works as well?
