Macports tree cleanup

I think macports tree needs cleanup. For example, there are new/tin (1.8.1), news/tin-devel (1.7.10) and news/tin-current (1.9.2). In fact the latest stable release is 1.8.3 and current release is 1.9.2, so devel version 1.7.10 is obviously outdated and useless. Another example is apple-gcc. Tree
