I doubt that will help .. (no offence or anything) I was seeding a torrent for over a week so i had constant traffic and it still died ... like I mentioned b4 - the amount of traffic and time the interface is up has seemingly no bearing on when the driver goes loopy .. thanx for the suggestion anyw

Hi, i have been some days trying different configs of the .config file to compile a 2.6.22 kernel and i cannot get in any kernel LIRC working. The IR device is always been using by another daemon and LIRC needs full access to the event. It is in /dev/hiddev0 and, when o try: sudo lircd -n -H dev/

I have trying a lot of things since then, but we do not need any module, but we do need lircd and it needs the config file (which i have) and the dev of the event, but the event is already used. I have tried enabling and disabling CONFIG_USB_HIDDEV and CONFIG_INPUT_EVDEV but with with he new kernel
