Hi there Fonzie, it's nice to hear from you. Thanks for your message. I'm
still debating about getting one. I would like one, but I can get one for
£650 and get insurance and tuition there and this is brand new from the mac
shop. The hard drive is 120. I was offered a second hand one for £625

Sadly, I think this is inaccessible. I did a show once, but I had to
have a sighted friend manage the software, etc he had to host it. It
may be better now though.

I actually did go to the page under the account menu in i chat and clicked

Right near the bottom of the page there was a capcha you had to fill in.
I'm sure i did this correctly.
The page must have changed now.

oh, wow, you got in there to listen? sweet. I tried, but couldn't
figure it out. I didn't try very hard though, I must admit lol...I
figured if I couldn't get in to listen to the live podcast I'd just

I'll have to do.
Andrea,
if the new one isn't too much more, I'd probably go with that. I'm
sure the second hand one is okay, but there's just something about
buying new technology...you know it's all in working order and there
hasn't been any damage done that people may not have told you about.

Hi again Esther.
Thanks for the reply.
Actually just worked out my a o l messenger account works in i chat.
Wonder if someone using an aim screen name and say a i chat account will let
you talk via audio?
Is the audio in i chat really as good as skype or better?

If you go with the new one, you could always upgrade the drive later.

I don't like the podcast feature in Itunes. I wanna stream most of the
podcasts because I've subscribed to more than 50 feeds. Therefore I
don't want to download them before I'm able to play the podcasts.
I'll take a look on Netnewswire though.

Ok, i can see your point. No need clogging up the hard disk with lots
of unplayed podcasts. Too bad podplay won't be supported anymore and
therefore will soon be obsolete, that is old, otherwise one would have
