If you find your PM 40 a bit temperamental, try reassigning the
various functions. I set my PM 20 to use a press of the right whiz
wheel to move right along the line, and a press of the left whiz wheel
to move right. That way, its behaviour is much more stable.

Excellent, VO A is just the ticket to read the progress.
I believe the download ticking is a Mac sound. I hear it on my wife's
MacBook and she does not use VoiceOver. I did confirm that my box for
sounds is checked in the VO utility. I'll keep hunting.

Hello. For some reason, I can't reply to messages in Mail. I hit
command+r to reply and then vo+rightarrow to the message area. Before
