moving around in amadeus Pro

Hi, I just took a look at amadeus Pro. It looks like it has a lot of great options, but how do you move around in it? and know where you are I couldn't find rewind or fast forward functions, which is how I mostly navigated using GoldWave since it provided clear audio feedback. Thanks a lot
