WIll is this a question or a statement? If a question, is she pressing (default right option) t and waiting a few seconds? Initially it does take a couple of seconds for the OS to process/run the script. For clarity, she should not press the VO-keys, just the option key and the letter t. On

Hello. In the future, when ITunes asks you to choose a library, you should browse to your music/itunes folder, then push the choose library button or whatever it is called.. That's actually where the Itunes library is. That's what I have to do a lot of times when software updates come out.
