Good tips, except for me, I had to dump the windows box in order to buy the
Mac. I now have a Mac that can run both, but Windows itself is too expensive.

That URL could be different based on where you are. They have a content
distribution network so if you were in Toronto you would hit a server up
there rather than hauling data from SanFranciso. The main thing is to
look for a row which has a very large size. That should be the video
content.

THe only way I know how to do this is through Amadeus. DOesn't Switch or
Handbreak convert to mp3 also? I don't use Switch anymore, but I believe it
does the trick. It's either Switch or Handbreak that will convert it from mp4
to mp3. I hope that helps.
