SSD can be expensive to add, but the advantages I have found is the speed in which the system boots up or returns from sleep. Also, copying or moving files and folders on the system is quite fast as well. I have 512 GB of SSD in my Mac Book Pro, and I find it worth the money. Take Care

Hi, I went with Kingston for my SSD. So far, so good. I purchased a 240GB drive. I also took out my optical drive and replaced it with the original Hard drive that came in my Macbook pro. Just keep in mind, TRIM will not be enabled automatically. hth Ricardo Walker

I removed all remembered networks. I recycled the modem and router. We'll see what happens. It seems like I can switch about f5 or 6 web pages, and then it just drops out. It still shows as connected in the airport menu and in system prefs, but no internet. Let's pray it stays connected
