Resetting iphone does not work.

Hi! You know when you press and hold the home and power button for 12 seconds the Iphone will restart after a while. To my frustration this does not work on my Iphone 6s. When i do this it totally shuts off. I don’t know why nor do i want to do a hard reset either. Has anyone had any experiences

Just an observation. Even when the system has booted and taken care of the behind the scenes work, sometimes I get the busy signal. Such as when accessing the menu extras. Happens elsewhere too, kind of random. May do another clean, cleaner, install but wanted to see if others see this
