Leaving beta

Hello all, I was 1 of the iphone beta testers but i need to leave this, because my time did not allow me to test in a good way. So, how can i install the original version from ios10 and recieve the updates as usual not beta versions! Thanks in advance Ramy moustafa saber licturer at: faculty
