Kare, one thing you could do is use a decommissioned phone, it works just nicely as an iPod like device and you don’t need the latest and greatest but you can definitely take advantage of enhanced voices. You also have the advantage of having a GPS receiver in these as GPS is part of the cell

The iPod touch line has the iOS touch interface like the various iPhones and iPads do. If you're talking about the click wheel with the enter button in the middle, that would have been the iPod classic and video models. They were killed off years ago but you can still get them at a pretty good
