Well, I believe this used to be able to be done in with additional speech verbosity options If you open up this area and pick the Heading row, you can stop VoiceOver from speaking the text associated with the heading (name) in the custom verbosity pull down. But it appears that "Description"

Hi, Fn key plus backspace gives you the delete key, Windows key should be your left hand command key, That is the one to the left of the space bar, Also the start menu can be obtained by doing a CTRL & Escape, I use these keys daily on my mac book air 2013 with windows 10 in bootcamp.
