Actually, I'm fearful that Weather Underground may have brought
braille.wunderground.com off line. Afaik, it was never an official
project there, just someone a friendly employee put up for a personal
friend who happened to be blind. The only reason I know that detail is

I don't know, but your problem is a common one. Here's how to get around
it.
1.) Rely on some kind of USB audio device during installation. USB
headphones will work, or a USB speaker.
2.) After installation update your Bootcamp drivers for Windows.

If it’s the physical key that is a problem, as in it just isn’t springing
properly, then the replacement key would do the job. If it is electronic, as
in the up/down motion is fine, but it’s just not responding, then it will be
