You need to copy and paste the app file into your applications folder. No need to drag and drop. CTRL + C, and CTRL + V, will do the trick. Then close the open volume window on your desktop, and find the volume icon on your desktop, and eject it using CMD + E. Thats all there is to it. - Brad -
