Yep. That’s what I eventually figure it out. That’s pretty crazy. I don’t know
why Apple makes it so hard to do this. I eventually gave up on the Mac and I’m
trying to make it work on my iPhone. I’ve gotten a little bit farther, but it’s
still not working as it seems like it ought
You might want to check the Downloads folder.

The following information is important for all members of the Mac
Wow editing bookmarks on IOS is not exactly intuitive. I believe you have to
first add the bookmark and then open up the bookmarks list and click the edit
botton at the bottom of the screen. Then you should be able to find the
Bookmark you just added and edit the URL.
